Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.

Item Condition

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, damage caused by the customer, or are missing tags will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at support@zenithdrop.site with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 1–3 business days with return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@zenithdrop.site with your order number and a photo of the item. We will cover return shipping costs and send you a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional charge.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Final sale or clearance items Intimates, swimwear, and bodysuits for hygiene reasons Gift cards Items returned without prior authorization

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size or style, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
